Cancellations:
The products purchased can only be canceleed withing the first 3 days of the order.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted, please review your size with our size chart for each product which is in the images of each product (not all products manage the same size chart)
Refund policy:
Before start:
*The product must be returned withing 30 days from delivery.
*Due to hygienic considerations, the products must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, that is, with its original packaging without having been opened.
*Return costs to Mimap Inc for Refund are assumed by the buyer.
*If a product is not returned in its original condition, the amount refunded may be partial or not applicable.
Refund Process:
- In case you need to start a refund process please email to mimap.service@gmail notify us the reason you want a refund.
- Once the case is open send the item to the address indicated by us.
- Once the item is received please wait 7 business days to complete the process and receive your refund.
